A 2014 design by Alton Takeyasu. This little car most have one of the wackiest back stories ever.
Take a look at the wikia yourself, wild! https://hotwheels.fandom.com/wiki/Rev_Rod?so=search

So it warps reality and turns all roads into the perfect smooth orange racing surface but a side effect is mutating animals, changing landscapes and bringing inanimate objects to life...that's some exhaust fumes...this is one I hope they don't ever build...on the other hand ;)

It's a neat little design, this particular example is from a 2017 Multipack.

That is quite the Fantasy car back ground! But, is not to far off of how hydrogen could eventually be made with solar power. Just hope it doesnt have the same side effects as described in the animate series episodes!) Takeyasu is a designer name I was not immediately familiar with but I did recognize him from his photo (and in person(?) at the first Legends Tour. He has done several of my favorite HWs 'Rods'!

This is the 2014 debut casting.

I'm a big fan of his Carbonator, I'm fond of the ones that serve a secondary purpose and this one has style and imagination, I have a Teegray but mine is not the most attractive of the variants so I give in an OK-ish rating(TBH none of them are that inspiring). Rip Rod I'm familiar with from the Unleashed video game on Xbox but don't own a "real" one(it's neat though and has had two TH outings so must have been well liked). I've not seen any of the others but looking at his list on Wikia I'm not very impressed by the Ford Anglia, it just doesn't look quite right to me, I guess it wasn't overly popular either as only 4 versions since 2003.
