Poker or Monopoly - longer pegwarmer??

As I was sorting through several dozen Clue cars today, I started wondering - which will we see more of clogging the pegs for the next 6 to 8 months - Monopoly, Poker, Norman Rockwell??

Norman Rockwell isn't clogging things up as badly as I thought here. It seems each store only got one inner of it, and while most of that inner is still sitting there, it's not as bad as the Poker and Clue cars where each store got multiples of the same inners, leading to extreme pegwarming status.

Gotta put my choice down as Clue also. They're everywhere, and in mass quantities at every sing;e store; WM. TRU ..... even K Mart, which carries only a couple of JL's per store it seems, has them. Now BL as well. How the heck did Dollar Tree not get them?

Never saw many Rockwells, and yes, the Poker cars are out there in number as well, but Clue overtook Boogie Vans a while back as king of the warmers!

Im tempted to try and hide some of throughout the store to convince them its been sold and then maybe I can get some new stuff  The WM right by my house has had the same coke, clue, military stuff for a ood long while now. They did get some herbie stuff in, but it went pretty quick. The TRU's have nothing but poker and 60's sizzle.

thats precisely what i did this weekend ... i went to the closest WM by my house grabbed a hand basket and filled it up with JLs pretending i was going to buy them all, then went to the clothing section and hid the basket under one of those circular racks ....

That's pretty silly. Unless they take a manual "on-hands" count, those items will still be in the store's inventory system until they are sold. Not likely for that to happen while they are on the pegs, but even less likely to happen while they are under a circular rack. My bet is they'll actually find them before they adjust their inventory. They can also look at their sales data and see if they actually sold all the JLs in the past few days. After they find out that they didn't, if they are smart they'll assume they are hidden in the store somewhere, because it's not likely someone would have stolen them.

 i actually thought of that .....
my only point for that "sillyness" was to try and force them to reestock the pegs with what they might already have in the receiving area ...
(i had a friend about 3 years ago that used to work at WM and she said that as soon as they see an empty product area they go on and check if they have more in the back to fill in the "blank" space .... ) hey, it could happen .... what if they're keeping the good JLs in the back

i guess im just tired of going there and always seeing the same "international" series

So, when do we find out if it worked? Let us know

The WM by my house, the staff seems to be a little slow with things, that store is always a mess, and I have found a few blister packs opened with cars missing almost every time I go. It just might work long enought to get an employee to restock something to fill the pegs before they round them. I might go hide some in a refridgerated section, or stick them in a bbq pit. :)
