I know I said I was taking a break from buying stuff until my trip to Japan (in May), but... I dunno. Anyway, here's what I got.
I'm presently thinning the collection so the space I usually use to take photos is currently covered with boxes of stuff I'm selling on Ebay. Since I'm just sitting here watching the Super Bowl, I decided to just take some quick photos with the phone and no real setup. So unfortunately no good interior shots this time.

Kinnikuman (M.U.S.C.L.E. Men)

On the left is Rikishiman (aka Wolfman) and on the right is Horuman Yaki (aka the drunken master). In the Wiki for these things it shows this figure on its head. The writing on the back is right side up when he's on his feet, so I don't know which is right. So here it is both ways.

Tomica Sports Car set of 4

Finding a regular version, or really any version, of an S15 Nissan Silvia is a challenge. I'd been seeing this set for a little while and since I made the order I stuck it in the cart. It didn't add anything to shipping since one of the upcoming items is bigger and it was only $12. I was a little on the fence since I knew I would be able to find it easily in Japan, and probably cheaper, but what the hey. It'll save some space in one of my suitcases for other stuff.
This is also my first version of this generation of WRX. They are all great models, especially for basic Tomicas.

Tomica Premium Toyota Supra (A70)

I totally forgot the headlights pop up on these. I am fast becoming a big fan of this generation of Supra and I'm not alone as the prices continue to rise for good ones.

Tomica Honda Element #107

When these were out in the early 2000s and into the 2010s they had a cult following but there wasn't enough interest to warrant a second generation. In the years since they went away the following has become more rabid. Now, even these diecast versions have seen their values increase. They usually don't last long when they appear for sale so I was fortunate to get this, the second color version Tomica made.

Tomica Toyota Hilux Surf #84

Toyota trucks have been a bit of a collecting niche - something I try to pick up anytime I can find them. I've seen this Surf and a few other versions off and on and they tend to not stick around long enough for me to get them paid for. This is my first Hilux Surf and it matches well with the Hilux trucks already in the collection. Hiluxes will be high on my list once I get to Japan.

Kyosho Toyota 64 Collection 01

These are fairly new, copyright 2022 in fact. I passed on the black A70 Supra and yellow Celica and didn't see the Centuries or I would have probably picked at least one of them up. And we all know I am a sucker for the A80 Supra. I'm wondering if Kyosho has moved away from blind boxes since these are in that style but clearly not blind.
This is another set I am pretty sure I will be able to easily find once on the island but I hadn't seen them before and got a bit impulsive. This was the reason for the order, but it also gave me an excuse to order the next one.

Tomica Limited Vintage Tomicarama 04a Kosoku Motors Used Car Store

Released in November 2012, this was the 5th overall release from this line and the first used car store. This marks my 3rd version (of 5 now, I believe) and it's a bit of a prize for me. It has been outrageously expensive for years now and I'm guessing due to some slight impact damage to the box this one was reduced. It's never been opened and will stay that way at least for now since I have the Bayside Motors version (04b) displayed and limited space for another one. It will find a home with the Accelerator 426 (04c) box on the shelf. One day I hope to own the complete collection - and that they stop making different versions before I go broke.

Interesting that this was sold new in Japan when the car was never sold there.

This one doesn't have an interior and I have never heard of this brand before.

I didn't realize MTech had different levels of quality. This seems to be the upper level but it still isn't up to the quality of Ebbro or Kyosho at this scale.

The Hilux is one of my favorite Tomica models to collect. I try to pick one up whenever I can find one at a reasonable price.

Tomica Toyota Celsior 17

This was the main reason I pulled the trigger on this order. I almost never see this model come up so I knew I couldn't wait. I'll leave you to wonder why I wanted it so badly.

Kyosho Nissan Skyline GT-R R32 Group A Collection

All the versions in this line are pretty legendary. These are from way back in 2010, and I wish I had picked them up then - although adjusting for inflation, the price I paid isn't too far off from what they were new (780 yen). There are a few more I will need to find to complete what I think are the shining stars of this collection.
