Nice '68. I'd only seen the Heavy Chevy casting before. Is is a 100%?

This is from the old Popular Hot Rodding series years ago.................................
It was a short lived series dubbed the "100% Preferred". They were blister carded (cardboard) and were $2.99 retail. Some really nice cars including the Heavy Chevy were done before the series was discontinued.
