I know this may have been asked before but I am still a little confused as to what makes a WL a WL. I have heard several different thoughts about what makes a WL but they all seem to conflict. Somebody please do me the favor of specifying what makes a WL. Thank you to all who replies!

Thanks for the info! I see that there can be many variations of WL's. Let me ask this, Did I leave two WL's at Wally World when I left two Blue Mini Coopers with white wheels? That was the only white anything on them.
