In early 1965, Chevrolet Motor Division produced an automobile that ignited a new era for Chevrolet: the SS396 Chevelle. Known historically as a Malibu SS 396,
they are referred to today, more generally, as the Z16. Only 201 (1 conv.?) made in 1:1

Love the thread, I'll toss a few in there as well. Let's start off with the classics...the Vette!

First, the winning ride from the GTS class / Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona (IMSA, Grand-Am racing). This was the Pilgrim, Collins, Earnhardt, and Earnhardt Jr. ride for that race, by Action.

Second, a simple but clean Ertl 1978 Indy 500 Pace Car. This was driven by the 50's-60's
Indy star Jim Rathman.

Between the 50s thru the 70s this was "a sight for sore eyes" for American children and adults alike as it rode though the neigborhoods selling ice cream.

#8 Chaparral 2F by IXO. Powered by a 7.0L Chevrolet and driven by Bruce Jennings and Bob Johnson in the 1967 Le Mans, to a 36th place finish.

1969 McLaren M8B High Wing by GMP. This is the winning ride from Riverside...snicker...driven by Denny Hulme. The Denny and Bruce show won every race in the 1969 Can-Am series! This car was powered by a 660 hp 430 c.i. Reynolds Aluminum Big Block Chevy!

And my last car I can currently add to this "Chevy" thread is sort of a reach! It's this GM powered Oldsmobile Aurora from the 1996 IMSA season.

This Minichamps is the GTS-1 ride of BRIX Racing driver Darin Brassfield. This is an odd car for me, Darin was a teammate to 96' champ Irv Hoerr but his name does not appear on the car. Also the casting is missing the additional sponsers, so I think this must be a promo or tribute release (I have no box so I am limited on info!).

Built by the legendary Pratt & Miller!

Lola T70 Mk.1 from Brands Hatch, 1965. Drivin by Jackie Stewart to 3td place and owned by John Surtees who won the race! (just for fun, 2td was Bruce McLaren) Made by Best.
