I just really liked these Sesame Street Matchbox cars.

What is the strangest diecast toys you have collected.

I sometimes think that amongst my Hemis and 427s and Z/28s and Boss Stangs among other things lies a pretty robust collection of mundane automobilia in my K-cars, Dodge Omnis, GM X-cars, and Pintos

Speaking of K cars I saw 2 in Ga. this past weekend.
The most painfully slow car I have ever driven

I try to collect some vehicles that I find to be a bit off the beaten track and unusual. For me that means something other than a muscle car, off roader etc. So the two I would nominate are by Siku. And of course it's just my opinion along the lines of "you don't see this every day in die cast".

I also bought those Sesame Street cars at KMart many years ago and grabbed the display box, too.
These are weird indeed. I guess a lot of Hot Wheels fantasy cars might qualify here.

The MTD is really cool!
I collected the Hot Seat from Mattel when it came out as I was working my way through College working for a plumber. I believe I still own them somewhere in my collection. I cherried picked my HWs before dumping 95% of them to Friends, Toy for Tots and to a Childrens Hospital. That will be my weirdest diecast I own. I am not much into fantasy Cars in the first place. It has to be a real Car or damn cool one for my collection.

These are by Hallmark. I recently added a third one, but I don't have pics yet.

I've got two of these Honda ATC90s. I loved riding 3 wheelers back in the early 80s.

I've actually got a diecast model of Gort, from the movie "Day the Earth Stood Still", but I don't have a picture.

It's gotta be "Rodzilla". I got this as a throw-in with a HW Dairy Delivery that I bought online. Most of my collection is of stock vehicles or racing versions, so I tossed it, then retrieved it from the wastebasket because it was so weird...

I don't think it counts as weird diecast, but it's off the beaten track for me.

My army vehicles, particularly the two wheeled artillery pieces in the upper middle.

I'm not much into weird but I really like this. I like dragons and that is what it looks like to me. Guess I'm not much into weird stuff because I'm already weird enough but I 'dig' this one.
I have a bunch of what I call orphans that I give a home to.
Whenever I run across any well played that people don't want because of bad condition HW's 442 police crusiers, fire chiefs or maxi taxis...I bring them home.

In the condition these are in...a small sample.

Cracked me up there, the Matchbox in the last pic. Moving parts! Yeah, better be the wheels! Hahaha. I love the looney tunes cars though, don't know why.
Since I acknowledge my weird taste, I can't say I find a lot of what's been mentioned in the thread so weird lol.

As far as my collection goes, given that I tend to go for Mopar and GM cars, I find it a bit odd how many Mustangs I've ended up with. I know a bunch get made but I didn't have to buy so many haha.
