Hi Will
Glad your going to make this year. No Changes to the program, same have fun family enviroment. The mini class died off last year, Probably due to the high popularity of the Slash. The Short Course Truck is heating up for this season.

Checkout the discussion thread on RC Racing Extreme. The SCT class is shaping up as 1: Box Stock Traxxas Slash, 2: Open SCT, Any SCT Chassis & Body, 7.4v Batt, Any SCT Tires & Rims, 27 turn Brushed motor or 17.5 brushless, or RTR welded can motor, Any SCT hopup's designed for SCT.

Box Stock Slash
Open SCT
Stock SCT

Heading over to RCRE to follow along.
Yes there are currently 3 SCT classes planned.
1 Spec Slash, 2 Stock SCT, 3 Open SCT.

If there are not enough Spec Slash's they will merge into the Stock SCT class.

First Race 11/14/2009 will determine that by # of Spec Slash entries.

Hope to see you there.

What tires work for buggy/truck?
J concepts DD's, are what I'm using. I some others being tested during track maintenence, Panther Raptors, proline hole shots, jc barcodes. I was to busy with track stuff to see if any of those hooked up. Riders onsite hobby shop said they will be stocking the proular tires

Check the RCRacingExtreme washtenaw 2009- 2010 discussion last posts for others input.
