Ok everyone...do the Sulu Dance!
This is my rendition of AMT's EXCELSIOR kit. I painted the inside of the clear plastic using automotive laquer in rattle cans. The front is a metalic silver blue, followed by a medium metallic blue, followed by black. Overall, it's a nice look of power changing to create the warp effect.
I still can't believe I got those tiny red stripes on there.
Top view shows off the engine paint job.
Out of my entire collection, this is probably the best Star Trek painted model I ever built.
