May want to check out TRU! Last week I found a Gold Series MCs 70 Boss 429 (pearl body) and today a "Head To Head" two car Olds 442 set with the 68 white lightning (pearl body). Both are very nicely done and limited to 5K each for the series so the WLs are pretty scarce. Wish I could do pics! Take my word for it - these whities are awsome.

Well your luck was better than mine. I have 3 TRU's within an hour's drive, and each one had gotten Gold Series cars as well as a new shipment of regular JL's.
No WL's in either the Gold or the regulars...unless someone had gotten there ahead of me this AM......I did find 12 Gold Series cars in each of the stores but no WL's in either....I did notice that the JL tape seal on the Gold Series cars was already peeling off, and no one had tampered with any of them.
Also saw the Head to Head "lunch boxes", but didn't see any whites..or any of the Corvette Head to Head ones.
Oh well maybe next time

on the 442's every car in the package one had a white body so is one of them a pearl body i read that the 442's are white int with white base ?
Ive seen very few of the Gold cars or head to head around here . Of course no WL's . I wouldnt doubt they are being held back by store employees .. Only time I ever found a WL at TRU is in the 10 car sets . Dont think they want to spend that much money ...
