Is the TM- the way the base plates are embossed? I have seen them listed with out the TM and with the TM#### sequence before. Would be nice to see a few base plate images - if anyone has them.

I did notice the packaged set number. I will add that by the name given. Thanks for the confirmation on the base plate sequence. I will update the listings and link them for those as well. 🤙

The TM-0000 is on each base. The TM-6 series appear to be Formula cars. If you can identify any I would appreciate it. The TM-8 and 9 series are mixed scale 1:56 to 1:66. Also note the packaged set has the number TM-825.
The very high engine covers and air intakes remind me of cars from the 1990s but could be from the late '80s too.

I will try to find my reference of the encircled CE logo and when that style began to be used for which IIRC is for child safety compliance in Europe.

Not sure if this is the same one I had book marked earlier but it references the CE mark back to 1985 for toys intended for children younger than 14 in Europe.
