I'm going to La Crosse for a week for training. Are there any (including full size) race tracks that run on weeknights in the area?

I agree! If I had more time I might have rented a bike to see what else is out there, but what I've heard there's not much else to do there.

You should take a tour of the S&S company in LaCross their machining facility is south of town in the country on a backroad up in the hills. They build motors and other parts for motorcycles its a pretty cool factory tour
