Matchbox, for McD, 2002. Primarily varies from the production snorkle in that the raising bucket is fixed, but also in that there's a accordian door storage area in the middle of both sides that is cast-in with the McD, pass-thru to base-cast plastic on production. Other differences are minor; Otherwise the castings are very close. The stickers on this example seem to belong to a different toy.
