Well last week my daughter was playing with my sons Lighting mcqueen 440x2 with phase II magnets and I heard

" Dad this car isn't moving and there is a funny smell coming from it."

Well the last time she crashed it she did not put the body on right and it was pinching the rear tire. Know the car only sputters a little but really goes no where.

2 questions

1. What ohm Values should each winding be so I can check the armature. Although the black spot on the winding tells me that the amature is probably bad.

2. She did blow the 5 amp fuse that is in line with the lane. I am thinking I should lower that value. What are your sugestions.

Stock Tyco arms ohm out in the 6-7 range.Phase II magnets put a strain on stock arms, so don't run them too long, they'll burn up.
