i have a ohv 175 enduro xl/c that broke the connecting rod and seized the pistion in the cylinder. a short block is almost 600 dollars. i came across a ohv 175 enduro xl that has a dual altenator charging system. the supplier says they will interchange as long as the xl/c has a dual alternator. i have referenced the tecumseh technician repair manual and it has no reference to a dual alternator system. how can i tell if my xl/c is dual altenator?
