Looking for detailed picture of carb & Governor I messed up the linkage may have lost a spring.

Post the engine Model numbers and stuff from the shroud, there are several hookups. Have a good one. Geo

Tecumseh 9HP HMSK90 I hooked all the linkage back up and the engine runs but when you power up the engine slows when you power down it speeds up is there a spring missing. I found a diagram but there's no spring.
