This was a paint mule in my garage. If I had extra stuff in the airbrush, I'd spray it on this. The seams are a mess and, like an idiot, I broke off the original knife and lost it! I hid some of the seams with lots of blood, I mean, he is fighting a lion, right? Any way, decided to finish him up somewhat. Scratch built a knife, added a couple of washes. If I got rid of the huge seam in the middle of the lions face, It might be OK. The "T-5" picture is a different, older Tarzan that I had done.
Feel free to comment, there's not a lot of emotional investment in this one-

Scott, It's not that I don't "love" the Tarzan kit, I just didn't do me absolute best to get everything right, just kind of messed around with it, paint tests mostly.

I don't see what you feel so bad about, they look pretty decent to me. Nice body shading on Tarzan.

Dab, I don't feel bad at all..... It's just a "way less work than I normally put into a model" example. I'm OK with it, and thanks everyone for the kind words.

Hey all, Did a little more work to Tarzan by eliminating the big seam down the middle of the face and took it to the annual Model contest that Galaxy Hobby puts on. Got a second in figures!!! I was most proud of my old Revell-Aurora Skipjack, got a 3rd in subs, but, as you can see from the pics, I felt VERY inadequate!!

Randy, Not sure what my crowning touch is exactly, but I did kind of half way did it. Didn't do the seam work like I should have and I could have done a little better on the painting, but it turned out pretty good. Let's just say, there aren't any ejector pin marks on it!!! :p
