Tamiya presents the 1/10 scale R/C model of Frenchman Jean Alesi's No. 8 AMG Mercedes- Benz C-Class DTM 2004. The Mercedes C-Class comes with a fully finished body, with paint and markings pre-applied, and is mounted on the user-friendly TT-01 chassis.

This R/C car is a replice of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class model driven by Jean Alesi in the German DTM Touring Car Championships. Body shell comes fully painted with all markings pre-applied. Electric powered assembly chassis features a shaft driven 4WD drive train for excelled cornering and smooth handling. Overall length: 459mm, Overall weight: 190mm, Overall height: 131mm, Weight: 990g

About the Mercedes C-Class
There were 4 differently colored AMG Mercedes C-Class cars competing in the 2004 German Touring Car Masters Championship (DTM-Deutsche Tourenwagen Meisterschaft). Former F-1 Driver Jean Alesi’s metallic silver No. 8 was noticeable by the strikingly large AMG logos on the bonnet and sides. Alesi put in a strong performance in his third season in the German DTM, coming in 7th in the drivers’ championship. Mercedes came in second in the manufacturers’ championship, missing first place to rival Audi by a mere 4 points.
