This Hong Kong based company is known to have made their diecasts using a 'TW' prefixed numbering base plate system in the early 1980s. The casting numbers issued went from TW100-104 (5) and then TW122-125 (4) for a total of (9) known (?) castings. One known casting is a blue Citroen SM coupe with a red interior and clear window piece. This model has the later chromed 4 spoke wheel set.

All of their models are said to be based on previous Tomica casting models but with lost details. Some also retained their opening door features - as the Citroen mentioned above does.. The first series issued had sold wheel type hubs and metal bases. The next had gold wheel hubs and plastic bases. Later issues had 4 spoke chromed wheel sets.

Known as the "Miniature Racer" series they came in a window box type package. The packaging also carried the additional tags of "Interco Inc" (distributor?) and 'eight different styles', 'collect them all' and 'heavy guage metal' information tags. (Notice is made that the recorded casting numbers total (9) will the packaging reference states (8).)

Another known distributor from the late 1970s was Diamond Toymakers.

These castings are noted by the authors of the Diecast Encyclopedia to be the "middle" edition of the same (?) Tomica castings (or they just happen to be previously issued Tomica castings). The Winner series was issued during the 1970s and then the CF group came after Tak Wo issued theirs.
