if you are talking K&N(turn4) use an ORC med, seems the best for that track.
you can think of it this way, the softer the more traction, the stiffer less traction.
and that is real general answer.

Yep, Nick has it right. Turn 4 you can use a stiffer plate. For flat a lot are using the ORC Super Soft, or the Associated .063.

Muddslidd has a pretty trick plate out now too with some adjustments built in so you can make it softer or stiffer with some slide screws.

For me I use Asso .063 no mater if I am on bank or flat. It just works.
