Found these on Craig's List. People selling their house and selling stuff including their now adult kids toys. Their son is around my age, as I had a few of these when I was a kid in the 70's. A lot of them are in nice shape. Picked them up at yard sale prices.

Thanks guys. My friend already wants the Hot Wheels. I'll probably work out a trade with him. Not sure what I am going to do with the Matchbox's yet. May keep a few and sell / trade the others.

Those are Tomica's . The truck is a Nissan Caball. Looks like a soda bottle hauler. The other is a Toyota ambulance, it is missing the roof light.
