Hi all. I'm hoping someone can answer a couple questions for me. I recently bought the playmates version of the Enterprise from the 2009 movie because that all that available, I'm in the process of redoing it to make it look a little nicer. The 1st thing that im doing is a repaint because its the wrong color and am now looking to replace the name decals can any one tell me how big the letters are on the 1/650 decal sheet for the Tos Enterprise? and dose anyone know where i might be able to get custom ones made if those wont work and also any ideas on how to possibly paint a Aztec pattern on it? Any help would be appreciated thanks.

I would contact JTGraphics - he does lots of Trek decals. While he usually has very fast service, right now is just before Wonderfest and I would contact him first concerning pricing and availability.

For the fun of it, I bought two of those. On one, I cut the engines off and remounted them with superglue at the right angle. Then, because that was a very unfinished job, I took the 1/1000 TOS sticker windows and pennants and they fit quite well: if you look at this as a 1/1000 scale model. The other one, I left alone.
