Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in what is described as a 3-way partnership made in 1994 amoung unnamed persons/companies. Spinmaster Ltd made various toys including diecast vehicles.
In 2003, they issued a series of Japanese 'Tuner' type cars in 1:60 scale called "Metalmaxx". Each was fitted with a light kit that illuminated the base of the car when the front end was depressed.
An blue Acura NSX was one known model made.
