Use an older Tekin BC-210 on Pro-flex for charging " have to convert to be able to use on 4 cell " and use any BC-112 on PF-2 for repeaking .
May sound elaborate ,,, but both these units can be found on E-bay for pennies compared to new.
I've bought several BC-210's that retailed for $150 + for under $20.00
The BC-210 is a great unit for any Nicad pack as it pulses in the positive dirrection and then occasionally throws a neg flex to burb the cell ,,, very cool charge temps , even at high rates.
Put a 1 ohm resistor across each cell for a few days or for sealed packs use the old 10-30 ohm resistor across the entire pack for a week.
