Gift for my daughter Ashlee, a big Calvin & Hobbes fan like myself. It will end up in my grandson Jaxton's bedroom as a night light! The Calvin ship is a rare garage resin kit, the aliens and crafts are from Pegasus Hobbies. I wanted more of a 3D wall hanging, som I mounted them on the airbrushed canvas background. 9V power source on the back with very simple wiring and switch on side of frame.

Dimmed the lights and lit it up....

Great to see those old translucent plastic FLAMES that were used in so many old kits from the 60s! I remember them in the V-1, the Ohka and atomic bomber kits!

Someone should cast up a bunch of those in translucent orange resin and sell them! I'd buy some!
