Oh, almost forgot this: A fellow asked me if I had any Scooby Doo stuff for his 4 year old son. I said that I didn't bring the two pieces I had at home, but I'd take his number and see if I could help the little guy, who was a huge fan of the show. he wrote his number down, and turns out he lives on the next island over (Jamestown, home of the "Bridge that went Boom"). we got to talking, and he said he was actually from the Providence Journal newspaper, and asked if he could speak with Dave and I about the show. Dave -ever the diecast historian - gave him enough info to write a four part series!
A while later, while packing up my stuff, I found that I had in fact brought one of the items with me, a 1/43 plastic Mystery Machine. I found the guy, and told him to give it to his son
