Snowblower tune-up...change oil and plug. That is unless it's rather old and has breaker point ign. Most don't have an air filter. Most carbs. today are non-adjustable.

Snowblower full service: (includes engine tune-up) check/adjust/replace as necessary: skid shoes, scraper, belts, friction drive ring, cables, chute gear (mesh), starter rope for fraying. Tighten hardware. Lube all pivot points. Tire pressure. Tip on nose, remove drip pan, clean/lube hex shaft, lube all drive gears/pivots. Check tank for water/debris. Full service about 1 to 1.5 hrs. at our shop.
If elec. start equipped, not a bad idea to lube shaft for pinion (may require starter removal).
