Not familiar with Lane Exact. Do you have some information from the packaging, base plate or paperwork included on them? I can create a brand history for them from that and copy your posts into it. 馃

I wanted Grumpy's Camaro made by Lane, but let it slip by.

I never had more than 100 1:18 scale models at a time. I doubt if I have more than three dozen 1:18 scale models now. I've gotten by without Grumpy's Camaro for about 30 years, so I think I can survive without it.

If I sold about two dozen 1:18 scale models I would consider buying Grumpy's Camaro.

Love your selection of Lane Exact models!

I discovered that I hadnt set up or lit the Jag for an interior exposure back in 2015 when I gathered it into the accumulations. So, I photographed it this morning. There is a lot a detail I hadnt even noticed before, because of how dark the window piece is tinted as @STUTZ noted above.

I didnt edit the photo to show how close my light source is at the top edge of the image. You have to be careful with older plastic diecast if you use regular incadescent tungsten bulbs (old style lamp bulbs). They will melt and/or disstort them rather quickly from their heat output. I am using LED bulbs now and although the desk lamp housing gets warm after awhile. You can still touch it without getting burned!
