In Australia we use the Gregorian little-endian date format, this is the most common dating system in the world “day, month, year” The USA is one of the the few that use the Middle–endian date format, “month, day, year”

Yeah, we Americans are pretty stubborn when it comes to using formats that the rest of the world uses. Metric system anyone?

One of these days, we'll get it right. Until then, we'll continue to be the teenagers of the world and shout "we don't have to change if we don't wanna!"
