Okay First saw this on Ebay and thought somebody was just joking around with photoshop, but know Hot Wheels is realling going for the younger crowd with this one-


Must Not sell as well looking like this-


I guess the stickers that are included make it sell better.

We only get the 5-packs where I live and I never bother with them. The whole Team Hot Wheels concept is too "young" for me.

Mattels way to get rid of the extras as Mattel knows Collectors will buy package variations. Smart on their part to get rid of them.

here's a good one...2 years apart!... 1996 First edition and a mainline from 1998...exact same car...

I know occasionally they'd release a car in the same colors, wheels, and tampos, but it was actually another run. I have some old blackwalls and such where the older is Hong Kong and the later is Malaysia. Maybe that's the case with the wagon?
