Last weekend saw the 4th and final round of the Spanish 1/8 Off Road Nats take place in Silla (Valencia). Rain on Friday stopped action on track but helped to eliminate the dust from the track and increase the grip, leaving a very nice surface for Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, Robert Batlle took the TQ spot followed by Andrés Marcelino and Borja Hernández. The ‘A’ semi final was also won by Robert Batlle while rising star Ignacio Candel took the ‘B’ semi final, which mirrored the final* result with Borja Hernandez completing the top 3. With this victory Batlle takes a clean sweep of the 2012 Nationals and wins 5 series in a row.
