Richwin Industrial Limited was based in Hong Kong. They made simple but crude diecast and plastic toy cars that are identical to other such offerings. Most of the time they are offered in themed sets under the labels of "Auto World", "Motor World", "Dynamic Force" and "City Team".

One known importer is JE Toys who offered them as Canadian souvenirs.

Richwin is credited with developing the "axle-wheeling in One" design. (Without knowing the specific design parameters, I would also question this notation by the authors, as I remember playing with one piece wheel and axle designs on plastic and army vehicles, cars and trucks in various sizes and makes back in the 1960s and 1970s.)
