... new interior color ...

I almost forgot.
Last night I finished
painting the first base-color
for her interior ... Snow White Pearl.
The initial step in detailing the interior.

Next to do are the body-color accents
and further component details. What a
difference that White Pearl made in how
she looks. New images soon, I promise.
;)

A friend just (jokingly I think) suggested
that I install a blown engine, and have it protrude
through the opening hood. hahahahahaha ... a Spoiler Rolls.

Oh sure ... and we'll nick-name the crazy thing ROCKIN'-ROLLZ.

(Hmm. Maybe kind of a cool idea after all. Now to find another Rolls.)

(( ?? say what ?? ))

... I think I dare to do it ...

ROCKIN' ROLLZ
a SPOILER version of the
'69 Hot Wheels ROLLS ROYCE ??

I'm crazy-daring enough to do one.
I know where an extra ROLLS casting now is.

And a few wilder / crazier creations have been made.
I like being crazy ... cuz then, I don't need to explain myself.

:woohoo:

Golly Gee Gosh (?? huh ??)

?? so how come no replies from any others yet ??
oh wait, it's a Land-Yacht Rolls ... socially incorrect for our times.
NOW I get it.

... me too ...

Thank you for the nice reply.

Me too ... I now think a Spoiler version
of a ROLLZ would be quite bold and unique.

... thank you ...

Thank you for the idea, and praise.

This morning I spoke with a cousin of mine
who has a few duplicates of this casting. He
seemed to like the idea of a Spoiler version.
And really likes the way this first 'dressed-up'
version is turning out. So he will be sending one
of his duplicates for me to create the ROCKIN' ROLLZ .

At first, I was only joking about that ... but now it seems
to be 'zooming' into reality. (Well, just for the fun of it. LOL.)

I already have an extra Spoiler engine ... and have just now found
the perfect wheel-set in my parts-files. ROCKIN' ROLLZ is on its way.

Cool !!

... thank you ...

Thank you ... nice compliment.
And good question ... here ya go.

It's a 1969 Hot Wheels Rolls Silver Shadow.
The one I used was also green ... but not
at all close to 'mint' like this one is. Yet
it sure was fully intact to work with.

Here's an earlier image of mine ... new wheels for their first test-fit,
paint removed, preliminary polishing, but no further work performed yet.

I'm not into Rolls, but last year was a great car at SEMA, with a blower thru it!
I do like the big custom rig behind it though. ;)

Thank you George.
Now I'm curious about that
car you saw at last year's SEMA.

ROCKIN ROLLZ is now a sure-plannned project.

(oh gosh, here I go again)
 :D
