I have completed the strongback pattern on my scratch built. I looked a little contrasty so I dulled it down with a gray over spray.

It still looks a little contrasty but I still need some panel lines and the I think the aztec will darken the white some. Is it normal to look a little contrasty at this stage? Picture was taken with a flash....

the leading edge of the nacelle pylon (the light blue) might look a little too bright blue to me but otherwise, spot on!

your strongback is indeed strong...I echo Mages' comment about the pylon, but it looks to me as if your pylons are still in progress.

how much of the contrast do you think is a byproduct of the flash? if it's kicking up the white, that could be the cause of your increased contrast

know what? If it looks good to you, go with it. You have to remember too that that one on STBilder is old, dirty and decrepit. I wouldn't go by that.
