This Hot Wheels Wild Thing, which cost me 50 cents, was part of the 2004 Demonition Series. It's always nice to find a car with an opening hood.
Here's four carded first 1998 First Editions, which were 99 cents each at Goodwill: Solar Eagle III (an exact replica of the Cal State L.A.-designed winner of the 1997 Sunrayce), Ford GT-90, '32 Ford, and a Slideout.
And finally, from the same Goodwill I found the carded HWs at, here's a Racing Champions Mint set from 1996. I'm sure that $4.99 is a steal compared to what this set went for back in the day. 1996 Dodge Viper, 1956 Thunderbird, 1996 Dodge Ram, 1997 Ford F-150, and a 1954 Corvette. It's a shame about the damaged paint on the Viper emblem, but all of the cars are in excellent shape.
