In 1984, Rainbow Toys (UK) released a series of friction pull back castings based on the British televison series "Dempsey & Makepiece". These models were made by the May Cheong factory in Macau. They were fitted with rubber tires, an opaque window piece and headlights. Along with "Rainbow Toys" and "Made in Macau" the base also cared "LWT" on the base. LWT stands for the "London Weekend Television" - they were the producers of "Dempsey & Makepiece". One casting they made was a Ford Granada.
