John most cars are the close to the same the gen 2 car is a good car, great no, but any car if the time is put into it will go. this hobby is not easy. We all struggle from time to time. Heck look at Rick Martin, he use to run 79 and 80 laps on a regular basis but now he got a new RIP car and he cant run more than 76 laps. is the car bad no just what he's doing to it. Your car ran 78 laps at -RRRC and was in the A-main at Marshall's its a good car you just need to get the handle on it and you will with time lots of time. You can have the best equipment in the world and it doesnt mean your going to win the A every week. theres so so much to learn. just keep asking questions listen to what everyone says. then take that info and form your own appionion. set the car up and see if you are right or wrong.

Good Morning Guys, 1st I would like thank everyone for coming out for the 1st Beefy Products Midnight Mayhem, Also thank you Jim Terrini for all your help and sponcering the event. Rick Martin did a great job with the food as always even though it came out a little late it tasted great. Like who john, we have some of the best racers in New England racing at our track on a thurday night and we would have more if we raced on a Friday or Saturday night. I watched the main it was a machanical failure that spun you out right in the racing groove. Joe came along less then a tenth of a second later and hit you. He couldn't have done it if he tried. As for the 2nd heat race Joe did hit you with intent because of what you did in the first heat, driving into the back of him when he had just ran you down and passed you from a straitaway behind..... Look both of you we're wrong joe shouldn't have retaleated and you should have lifted as not to run into the back of Joe.... Hear's the deal, just because your car is fast doesn't give anyone the right to hit, move, or just plain wipe out anyone else. In a qualifier the faster car has the right of way but they don't have to give it to you. Drivers need to WORK THE DAMN PASS. I guess it's someting thats learned over time. But John you will learn that if you crash it slows you down and i'm not saying you ment to crash anyone. Also all of what i said is not directed at you. Watch the A-Main at any track, no mattter where, Maximus, Race City, K&N, wherever. They don't crash. Thay may touch, rub a fender like what brad did to me in the feature last night. but i lifted so i didnt crash thats the skills that drivers in the lower levels need to learn..O and I would really like to know why some racer not like our track. We need to improve our track and make it the best in New England.... Thanks

New Class

RUN WHAT U BRUNG!!!!
We're going to try a new class. A run what you brung class. It's a wide open class run any kind of car, with any motor, any battery, no cell limit, but there's a catch. A 4 second break-out. If you go faster than 4 seconds your lap doesn't count. So it's all about the tuning of the car. More detail to come. Give Rick and I some feedback.

The thinking for the 4 sec break-out is 1st. to keep car on an "equal level". Cars with poor handling can have big HP and cars with good handling could have low power. Some could have handling and power but all car can run on the same track at the same time. 2nd its to get new drivers and drivers that had raced in the hobby before back it to it with old equipment. 3rd the program that we use will only do full sec break-outs and 3 sec is to fast. keep the feed back coming.

Thanks guys for all the input, we're looking really to start an entry level class thats cheep. Then once we have our hooks in them, then they can move up into mods or pan car. Does anyone have an idea for an entry class???? We think around $200 in start-up cost. Please keep then coming. O one last think Bud your right this new class would deff. be on a diff. night.
