I thought of trying centered pod one heat this weekend.. When you go from offset to centered do you try to keep your LR weight the same number?? or just keep the split diff the same as offset?? I figured the weight would be located differently where the motor is shifted to the center..

Thanks!

center pod will make the car more agressive, ie more steering.. I had been trying center this year, and i went back to offset.. the car seemed to turn in and off better..

Burbs I've been running off-set. Fixing to go back to center. Go Figure LoL!!!
Just goes to show you that all set-ups are not created equall, What works for one probably will not work for another.

This past weekend I went from centered pod t ooffset and had to change a ton of things. I found that I had to stiffen the front end up but loose the rear up to make it go. I was still a lap off. This week back to centered pod. Like wade said driving styles are all different.
Don't just change it for one race do it for the whole night so you can wrench on it and maybe get it better.
