I found this gem on ebay. Made by Plasticville in the 1950's. Before the term "Emergency Room" was even coined. They called it the "Accident Ward". It's in amazing condition for being over 60 years old. It came bare bones. I added the lights and everything else, including the checkered floor.

A very nice additon to your village! I have one of these packed away someplace in the basement. Mine came with a cardboard second floor, hospital beds and a few other medical items appropriate to the era this was released. It really is a neat building to have in your town and the one you have appears to be in very good condition. One of the things I have noticed with the old Plasticville buildings is the tabs on the opening doors get very brittle with age and can break off very easily. Over the years I have been in a few hospitals that were very similar to this one.
