You have to have a utility called WinZip. Do a Google search on WinZip and find a site that will allow you to Download a ShareWare copy for free. That allows you to both UnZip (uncompress) file attachments and to Zip (compress) large file attachments.

Just so you know, tho, ShareWare is usually only good for a set timeframe w/the standard I've encountered most often being 30 days.
