Rustolium has some textured paints. I used a certain dark version for the PERFECT asphalt for a 1/25 scale car dio. Then I spray-painted a yellow line down the highway. very convincing.

so many of you talented people use a neutral color paint that has that bumpy texture..what is it and where do we get it..tia

I've also seen the Rustoleum "stone look" used in the bird-building statue heads from the matching Moebius Spiderman/Green Goblin kits. Looks just like poured concrete.
