It seems familiar. The wire wheels are certainly a unique detail. I realize the base is blank but can we still see an image of it. Often we can tell the heritage or origin of castings by matching up the base plate details. Is it gold chromed?
Packard - Unknown Brand
I'm citing it as a 1935 Packard Coupe Roadster but I could be wrong. Base is blank. Brand unknown. Scale 1:72. Front bumper missing. Any advice would be appreciated.
