I've been able to find decent online resources for identifying Hot Wheels (South Texas), Muscle Machines (CS collectibles), and Johnny Lightning (JLcollector), but I can't seem to find any online resources for Matchbox or Corgi. Are there any user friendly reference sites for the British stuff?

Those both look promising.

I noticed the Matchbox reference was focused on the boxes...and I realise the boxes are a big part of MB collecting...but I was hoping to find a resource that better described the variations. Why this base color is more valued than that base color, why this single rivet version is less valued than that double rivet version, why the red one is more sought after than the green one kind of thing.

But thank you very much. I know I have spent several hours looking online only to come up empty handed. The Corgi site looks like a nice compliment to another I found that was similar...not so much reference as very detailed storefront. Still valuable for learning. Thanks again!
