Greetings,
I'm new to this, but hoping to get some good advice. I recently purchased a coleman generator-- one of the cheap ones with the 10 hp tecumseh engines. I've had good luck with my other tecumsehs, but this one is leaking oil pretty badly from the top of the oil sump, right where the governor linkage connects. I'm 99% sure it is not coming from the seal between the sump and the engine-- it is oozing out of the top of the post/governor connection area. Has anyone ever seen this, and how do I go about fixing it?
Many thanks,
Steve
