I saw this on the news last night and was trying to fing a link for it. Thanks.

Eddie crashed a rare Ferrari Enzo while practicing for a charity racing event on March 27, 2007. He walked away completely unscratched, but the $1.5 million Enzo was damaged beyond repair. [1] The owner of the Ferrari, producer Daniel Sadek, said he had "mixed feelings" about the crash. "I'm glad Eddie came out of the crash okay but my dream car got destroyed," according to the BBC. When asked by reporters his reaction to the crash, Griffin laughed and exclaimed, "Brother's good at karate and all the rest of that, but the brother can't drive".

Not surprisingly, Griffin didn't seem all that bothered that he totalled a $1.5 million collector car. How the Producer/Owner kept from strangling Griffin is beyond comprehension.NYSWLhunter said:

I've never heard of the guy before either, apparently he's not that well known. Says he's been in some movies and does a stand-up gig as well. I'd say this was a great PR move, but it makes him look like an idiot, so that isn't true.edseldave said:

I saw an article yesterday that said the car belonged to Griffin. For the life of me, I couldn't understand how that guy could afford an Enzo. Any guy that would buy a car like that and then go out and race it, is OK in my book. But any guy that would buy a car like that, and then let somebody else race it, has got to be an idiot!

If Tony Stewart asked to drive my Enzo, the answer is "sure". Mario Andretti? Then again, people have actually heard of Carrottop, and he most likely can cover the 1.5 large for a replacement Enzo.
Eddie freakin' Griffin...... the new poster boy for stupidity in America.
He doesn't even have the class to apologize publicly for being an idiot and wrecking the guy's car.

Eddie Griffin has been in quite a few movies and TV and stand up shows... I am very surprised that you have not heard of him..... or maybe it is a New England blackout on Eddie Griffin?
