Oxford, Pennsylvania. Sorry it didn't have a state area. Just a city.

Yeah I love the 262. They have one at the museum by the willow grove NAS that was used to make the replicas that were made to fly. It's pretty awesome in technology and history. A true marvel for the time.

Do you guys trade cars?

I mostly like the matchbox cars since they are more likely to be production cars and not the fantasy cars. I'm boring cause I like the real style cars but lately I've been on a hot wheels kick. Here is something I was wondering about.

I started just picking up models of cars that I own or used to own, or just ones I thought were cool. I seen to have made the leap to not opening them and keeping them mint. I have a question about the community and how you all work. I have a few cars that I have multiples of and wanted to see if trading is something that is normal. I don't necessarily think they are anything super special. I've been lookin everywhere and have never found one of the elusive super treasure hunt hot wheels. I'd love to get one and wanted to see if anyone was interested in trading any treasure hunts or super treasure hunts for any of the cars I have extras of.
The ones I have multiples of are:
4 - 2012 Mustang regular treasure hunt
And then a number of the Lesney edition matchbox cars and 2 Super Fast cars.
I also found a z28 camaro that seems to be an error were the car is a 90's camaro with a metal base and plastic body but the package shows an early model camaro. Not sure what to think about that one. I have some pictures of the ones I have.

I would e intereste in trading for anything that is a treasure hunt or super treasure hunt. You can combine my cars to match the value of what you are willin to part with. I don't have much but was hoping I have something someoe might want. I also would be interested in any Jeep wrangler CJ or Willys jeeps you have. I'm a jeep nut. let me know what you think. I have a bunch of other stuff but these I have a few each of ten. The only other treasure hunt I ever found is the Willys car.

Here is what I have

There is a very active trading community here on HobbyTalk, including many who open their cars, and many who keep them mint in the box. Both groups would have it no other way! ... You would be interested in the Die Cast Swap & Sell forum, which is at the bottom part of the main Die Cast menu, or just follow this link. http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/forumdisplay.php?f=16

Btw, the Hot Wheels Camaro Z-28 with the old Camaro on the card is just how Mattel made them. I think they're all like that. Good luck on getting a Super Hunt, they're out there. I found one just a couple days ago. First one in quite a while.

Welcome Aboard Messer262
You must really have a nice collection if those are some of what you are willing to trade.
I have a pretty small collection with some stuff that was mine as a kid and the lesneys are pretty common by me it seems. Especially the ones pictured. I seem to see them at every grocery store by me. The mustang, caddy and Plymouth are very numerous. I'll post a pic of what I have a little later. Only a couple have sentimental value to me. The others I just thought were beat looking and bought them not knowing anything about them.

Made mistake of leaving Easter edition ones on counter and kids got to it. Actually wife did on behalf of kids. Lol

The pic on the card is a '78 whereas the car itself is an '82,Hot Wheels used the same name that's on the side of the cards for both cars.Artist may have got confused...

Some pics of what I have

Lots of other normal mainline stuff and loose played with cars that my kids mess with.

Let me know if there is anything you can't live without. It isn't much but if there is anything someone needs I'm open to trades as long a it isn't one of the few I'm attached to.
