That corvette is pretty cool. I would like to have all my cars open and on display, but until space provides, just a chosen few get opened.

That's why I didn't buy this otherwise great-looking latest version. I could tell thru the blister that the hood would never close right. I really wanted it, too, but not if it won't display well! (The one in the pic looks 100% better than the only one I could find.)

I was able to bend the hood slightly and now it shows OK on the shelf. The gap is still there, but it's much smaller. It was too cool a casting to pass up over a gap...
