Have seen pics of it with funny white wheels. The super version is with white rubber tyres. I prefer the regular releases of this Old Number 5.5 model with "normal" wheels :)

Congrats on your find but I have to say it looks horrible with those
wheels Mattel decided to use. If I find one that's great but I wont
be trading a $10 Car for one that's for sure.

And I thought the TH Fire Eater looked horrible. This Old #5 takes
the cake. Mattel is hitting rock bottom in their TH's IMHO. Something
NEW and fresh wouldn't hurt for a TH instead of bringing out the old
molds to make sales. I really want to know who decides what Cars are
going to be used for the TH line ?????

If you look back at some you will notice many were collossal pegwarmers (Hooligan, Pontiac Rageous, Lakester) probably leftover castings they know they can sell by slapping TH on them. Others were popular demand by collectors. There is a reason for the choices, and it's not what the collectors want all the time. Still there are some collectors who like some castings that don't seem as popular to others. Whatever has the green stripe will sell.

No doubt about the Green stripe on the Card will sell. I would love to see
some Cool Muscle Car Castings made into TH's than the non desired Cars we
see clogging the pegs. I have always felt the 100% Cars should of been the
TH's but that never happened. Mattel is surely going the cheap route in TH's.
