Just a simple wheel swap, on one of my favorite castings.

Its amazing how much better white lettering on a tire can make a car look. Very nice swap.

Looks GREAT Chuck!

That Stang almost looks real...AWSUME!
I have to agree that JL really did a outstanding job on that casting. Adding those Cragars and the B.F Goodrich rubber was a excellent choice!

That REALLY looks nice! Background a railroad model? Or cardboard from the 1/24th Talladega kit?
Two good guesses. But No.
its actually a Porcelain replica.
This particular one is the first of a three part series I purchased at least 15 years ago. this fifties one was the first, then their is a sixties version with indoor seating, and finally a seventies version with the more famaliar brick building.
its just a great coincidence that they just happen to be almost 1/64 scale.
They have parking lot signs, and can be illuminated.
And am I ever glad I bought them years ago.
Thanks for the comments.

Chuck.

Two cheeseburgers, fries, and a Coke, please. :p
The swap makes a nice improvement.
I have a few versions of this casting and it always looks like the front end sits a bit high. I just got the red one from Sixties Sizzle/4 and the stance is the same. What do you think?
