Today i got the matchbox 1956 ford f-100 pickup and on the bottom of it , says that the scale is 1/65th ! Just wanted to pass this info along to everyone ! :thumbsup:

Actually, it's fairly common to see MB cars with a scale size not exactly 1:64. Look at the bases of other cars you have, if you have a large collection you'll most likely have some with 1:62, 1:63, etc.

At least Matchbox puts the scale on their bases.. Hot Wheels can vary just as much, but I don't think I have ever seen a 1/64 Hot Wheels with its true scale stated anywhere.

JL as well, that is the one thing I really dont like about JL is the scale differs between castings so much...I just call them all 3" scale and go with that
